I recently wrote a song called “One Foot in Front of Another”. It’s sub-titled the “A.D.D. Blues” which is pretty much all you need to know.

Your friends let you down again, you were counting on to pull you through,

Recording in 2010

Every year for the past couple of years I keep on telling myself that I’m going to finish recording a CD THIS year.  And of course time goes by and life happens and I get to the end of another year and look back on the year and guess what????…..I’ve done little to no recording.
Well this year’s going to be different (I know….this is what I say every year) but this year IS going to be different….. really.
Anyway I am already starting off this year better with a session schedule for this evening with Jerry Wood.  We will be going through some recordings we did a few years back to see what we’ve got and decide where to go from there.
